The Year 4 multiplication tables check
In England, children in Year 4 take a short check on screen in June. It asks 25 questions from the 2 to 12 times tables and gives six seconds for each one. Quizzoo is not that check and does not copy it. It is a calm way to practise the same facts, with no clock unless you want one.
How to use these questions
Cover the answers and work down each group, or call the questions out. Show answer also gives a way to work each one out. To see every answer at once, switch on Show all answers at the top of the list. The page also prints on A4 paper from your browser's own Print command: the questions come first and the answers follow on a separate sheet.
Play it properly
- Short rounds of ten questions that fit before tea or between lessons.
- Pictures, sounds and read-aloud questions for younger players.
- It remembers what you got wrong and brings it back until it sticks.
- No accounts and no sign-up. Progress stays on your device.
